Refund policy

We accept returns of unused, undamaged merchandise for a full refund within 7 days provided, the merchandise is accompanied by your original receipt. Sale, special and personalized orders cannot be returned and are final sale.

We stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not satisfied please e-mail us at info@elizabethbuenaventura.com for a return authorization number. If you do not obtain a RA #, your package will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. In the case of a return, you will be credited in full, minus the cost of initial shipping. Once you receive a RA#, you may send the returned merchandise with the original receipt to:
