We accept exchanges, credits, and refunds within 7 days of receiving your item.
The piece must be in its original condition and packaging, with no signs of wear or use.

Our pieces are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. If a repair is needed after the warranty period, we are happy to assist you for an additional repair fee, plus shipping and handling.

We reserve the right to refuse repairs if we believe the item has been intentionally damaged or misused.

  • One complimentary resizing is available within 60 days of purchase (excluding shipping costs).
  • Some rings cannot be resized, including those that fall outside the recommended size range or designs such as eternity bands.
