SUSTAINABLE JEWELRY

Elizabeth Buenaventura fine jewelry is handmade with love in New York. Our designs preserve refined details from our jewelers’ hands and behold the natural beauty of our high quality stones. We make your pieces in small quantities using recycled gold and ethically sourced stones.

ORDERS

Each item is made individually and will ship within 3-8 business days. Limited inventory is available for certain pieces. Please inquire if there is a greater urgency to the timing of the delivery. We will try to accommodate your request as best as we can.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

For all domestic orders, we ship via USPS delivery service and charge a flat-rate of $10 for orders under $300. All domestic orders with a value over $300 ship at no charge. 

Orders shipping within the Continental US will ship via Standard (2-7 business days) or Second Day (2 business days) insured with tracking. If you are located in the Non Continental US, your order will be shipped via Second Day for a flat rate of $28.

We will send you an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL insured at $55 flat rate.

All shipments and duties (if applicable) are subject to payment in full by customer. 

We can provide alternative payment instructions and provide international shipping quotes. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred by the county that we are shipping to.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to addresses in New York State.

EXCHANGES / CREDITS / RETURNS

Exchanges, Credits, and Refunds are accepted until 7 days after the item is received. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, showing no signs of having been worn or used. Please contact info@elizabethbuenaventura.com immediately to address your request and include a reason for return.

All personalized/custom orders and discounted items are FINAL SALE.

Shipping charges will be deducted from any credits. All return shipments must be insured for the full dollar amount and shipped back via ups.

Repairs

Our pieces are guaranteed for 60 days from date of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any repairs if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused. If you need a repair after 60 days, we are happy to repair your piece for an additional charge plus shipping & handling.
